Westminster, Orange County
Bolsa Avenue in Westminster is the main street of Little Saigon, the largest Vietnamese community outside Vietnam. Refugees began opening shops here in the late 1970s, and the Asian Garden Mall, a landmark of the district, followed in 1987. Each winter a Tet parade marks the Lunar New Year along the avenue.
